Day 1 – Munich | Welcome to Bavaria

Arrive in Munich and set­tle into your hotel.

In the evening, enjoy a pri­vate wel­come din­ner fea­tur­ing tra­di­tion­al Bavar­i­an cui­sine and a selec­tion of local beers.

Day 2 – Munich → Weltenburg → Bayreuth

Leave Munich and trav­el through the Bavar­i­an coun­try­side towards the Danube.

Take a scenic boat trip through the spec­tac­u­lar Danube Gorge to Wel­tenburg Abbey, home to one of Bavari­a’s his­toric monastery brew­eries. Enjoy a tra­di­tion­al Bavar­i­an lunch and sam­ple the monastery’s beers in this unique set­ting.

Day 3 – Bayreuth | The Art of Brewing

Dis­cov­er Bayreuth’s unique com­bi­na­tion of brew­ing tra­di­tion and cul­tur­al her­itage.

Vis­it Maisel’s his­toric brew­ery muse­um and expe­ri­ence a guid­ed beer tast­ing fea­tur­ing both tra­di­tion­al and con­tem­po­rary Bavar­i­an beers. The Maisel Beer Adven­ture World was vot­ed Vis­i­tor Attrac­tion of the Year at the World Beer Awards in Lon­don in 2025 and 2026.

In the evening, enjoy din­ner at a tra­di­tion­al brew­ery restau­rant.

Day 4 – Bamberg | Rauchbier & UNESCO World Heritage

Trav­el to Bam­berg, one of Ger­many’s most beau­ti­ful his­toric cities.

Explore the UNESCO World Her­itage Old Town and dis­cov­er its dis­tinc­tive brew­ing tra­di­tion.

A vis­it to a his­toric brew­ery intro­duces you to Rauch­bier, Bam­berg’s famous smoked beer. Enjoy a tast­ing accom­pa­nied by tra­di­tion­al Fran­con­ian cui­sine before return­ing to Bayreuth.

Day 5 – Bayreuth | Beer & Culture

Start the day with a per­son­al guide through Bayreuth’s palaces, gar­dens and his­toric streets. Explore Bayreuth’s mag­nif­i­cent Mar­gravial Opera House and his­toric city cen­ter.

In the after­noon, choose an exclu­sive beer expe­ri­ence such as a pri­vate brew­ery tour, a meet­ing with a local brew­er or a curat­ed beer-and-food pair­ing.

End the day with a spe­cial din­ner cel­e­brat­ing Fran­con­ian cui­sine and local beer.

Day 6 – Bayreuth → Aying | The Bavarian Finale

Leave Bayreuth and trav­el south through the Bavar­i­an coun­try­side to Aying, home to one of Bavari­a’s renowned fam­i­ly-owned brew­eries.

Enjoy a brew­ery vis­it, beer tast­ing and tra­di­tion­al Bavar­i­an lunch.

Spend your final evening sur­round­ed by Bavar­i­an coun­try­side, excel­lent cui­sine and fresh­ly brewed beer.
